Tec7 Pur is a B2 fire rated foam, suitable for a wide variety of mounting and insulation jobs:

Directions for Use
Pre-treatment of the surface:The surface needs to be clean, solid, dust-proof and degreased. Moisten mineral surfaces (e.g. brickwork, concrete, lime- sand stone) slightly to stimulate the adherence and the curing time.
Cover the surrounding surfaces with covering film or adhesive tape before starting the work.
Processing:The temperature of the product has to be at least 5°C
The temperature of the surface has to be between -10°C and +30°C.
Shake the product about 20 times before use, screw the valve lever, hold the aerosol upside down and put the valve lever into operation.
An equal dispersion of the product is possible in all positions = 360° multi-position.
Dose Tec7 Pur in an economical way, it nearly doubles its volume, but after a succesful curing it retains its shape.
During breaks the fresh foamneeds to be removed from the valve and the pipe with Tec7 Pur Cleaner.
Installation of window frames:Install the window frame, fasten it with a wedge and fasten it sufficiently in the construction (drill through the window).
Moisten mineral surfaces.
Dose Tec7 Pur in an economical way, it nearly doubles its volume. Cut off possible foam residues, then clad, paint or plaster it.
Important:If large quantities are used (large surfaces), the foam has to be applied in several layers (layers of +/-2 cm) and moisten these layers regularly.
Cleaning:Always remove excess uncured Tec7 Pur with Tec7 Pur Cleaner

Collection:
- You can select the branch where you would like to collect your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
- Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch
- If we need to transfer some of your products from our central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for collection
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.
Delivery:
- There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
- You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
- Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
