SystemZone is a patented distribution manifold that collects heated or cooled fluid from one or more sources and distributes it to one or more zones. Pumps are used to circulate the fluid and safety routes are always open. SystemZone is a cheap and simple alternative to custom designed, valve controlled zoning methods:
• SystemZone isolates and controls heating water collection and distribution circuits. Each circuit is independent of all others – no water flows if the circuit’s pump is not operating.
• SystemZone stratifies hot and cold water, ensuring that zones draw from only the hottest water.
• SystemZone has connection points for ancillary safety devices, safety valves and expansion tanks. It has an unobstructed internal baffle system and contains no moving parts for long-term trouble-free use. SystemZone also eliminates the need for motorised valves and a system bypass.
• In a standard, simple, configuration one or two heat sources may be connected to the SystemZone (including Solid FuelAppliances).
• SystemZone is particularly suited to systems where high velocity is required. This means independent pump speeds may be selected to closely match a particular zone’s water velocity requirements.
• SystemZone is suitable for the largest commercial, industrial and district heating applications.
• SystemZone makes it simple to use multiple heat sources because each heat source is automatically isolated from all the others without the need for valves.

Collection:
- You can select the branch where you would like to collect your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
- Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch
- If we need to transfer some of your products from our central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for collection
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.
Delivery:
- There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
- You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
- Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
