I am an existing Heat Merchants customer, how do I get an online account?

Complete our online registration form, and a member of our Credit Services team will contact you to confirm your application and get you set up with an online account.

Your online account will allow you to see your personal pricing, download technical documentation, purchase online and view/download your transaction history.

I am new to Heat Merchants, how do I apply for a Trade Credit or Cash account?

If you do not have a Heat Merchants Trade Credit or Cash account, you can complete our online registration form or see our contact information to give us a call, and a member of our sales team will contact you regarding setting up a new account with Heat Merchants.

How do I register for a Specifier account so that I can download technical documents and see pricing?

If you are an architect, engineer, designer or project manager and need access to technical documentation and pricing, please complete our online registration form, and a member of our Customer Services team will contact you to confirm your application and get you set up with an online account. Note that as a specifier, you will not be able to order/purchase online.

How do I login?

You can login to your account by clicking on the Login icon at the top right of the page. You will need your username and password to access your account.

If you do not have any account, you can apply using our online registration form.

If you are having difficulties logging in, try Resetting your Password or contact a member of our team.

How do I reset my password?

If you cannot remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link, and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder. If you still have not received an email, contact a member of our Customer Services team, and we will be happy to help.
