Tubs & Tiles Stores Assistant

Based in Tubs & Tiles Sandyford. Overall Purpose of Job: The post holder will be responsible for looking after the stores area of the Branch, unloading deliveries and putting into stock, updating paperwork and the system to accurately record stock, whilst also maintaining a good standard of housekeeping of the stores area.


  • Unloading deliveries and putting into stock
  • Booking in stock on CORE ERP system, reporting any damages in timely fashion and organising return to Central Warehouse when required.
  • Understand customer’s expectations and needs
  • Keep customers updated on orders and deliveries
  • Monitor customer orders and deliveries
  • Resolve order and delivery issues, and take responsibility
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

  • Previous stores/ warehouse experience preferably in tile and sanitary ware industry
  • Proficient PC user 
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic & innovative Approach to Work


  • Hold a current forklift license
  • CORE ERP system experience
